BOAT POLICIES

25% deposit will be required to secure your date. 

15-20% Gratuity is customary for great service and very appreciated.

Deposits can be collected securely with Paypal and Venmo.

30 day cancellation notice will need to be provided before your scheduled trip to receive full refund of deposit.

Any trip cancellations made by the captain due to inclement weather will be fully refunded or rescheduled. 

Tuna Taxi will be equipped with plenty of ice to keep your fish, drinks and provisions cold.
All tackle will be provided.

Tuna Taxi holds all required fishing permits for both State and Federal waters, so our guests are fully covered during their time onboard and do not need to purchase any permits themselves. 

Safety is paramount on Tuna Taxi. All safety equipment required by the USCG is up to date and meets or exceeds all regulations. A safety briefing will be conducted prior to departure. 

What to bring:
Sunglasses, sunscreen, hat, food and drinks, rain gear, non-skid shoes(no black soles), cooler with ice to keep in your vehicle for fish transport(cooler space with ice will be provided onboard during trip). Children under 13 are required to wear life jackets at all times. (Tuna Taxi is equipped with kids life jackets, but you may bring your own if you like).

We're dedicated to giving you the best possible experience on the water and will do everything we can to find and catch your target species. While we can't guarantee a catch every time, we always aim to make the trips exciting, enjoyable, and memorable. 

Beer and wine is permitted in moderation. If a passenger becomes overly intoxicated during the trip, we reserve the right to return to the dock immediately for safety reasons. In such cases, no refund will be issued for the charter.

Hard alcohol, illegal drugs, glass bottles, and firearms are not permitted. Excessive intoxication will not be tolerated.
